Spa services are available by appointment on a daily basis. We strongly recommend calling as far in advance as possible to reserve spa services. For parties of five or more a 20% gratuity fee will be added to the total amount due. Beginning October 1, 2008 all spa service appointments made will require a credit card for reservations.
Arrival and Check in Procedure
For all massage, body treatments and facial services, we ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to service time. This allows you ample time to slip into an oversized robe and slippers, and relax a moment prior to starting your services. You will be assigned a locker with a key to place your personnel belongs.
A Gift Card/Certificates from the Spa at Stonecrest is an excellent bonus to those you care about. Gift certificates/cards may be redeemed for services and products. A gift certificate/card may not be purchased or used in conjunction with any special offer or discounts. For your convenience, you may purchase the gift card/certificate on line or via the telephone. Cancellation and no shown fees will be deducted from gift cards/certificates.
We request the courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation notice for all spa services. Cancellations of less than 24 hours or no shows will be charged 50% of the appointment service (s). The $50 fee will be deducted from gift cards/certificates.
Beginning October 1, 2015 the first scheduled consultation for most spa services is $25. Should the guest cancel the consultation less than 24 hours or does not show future consultations will be charged $35. Facial consultation include a deep cleansing facial for $75.
We regret that late arrivals of 15 minutes for facials, massages, laser hair removal, manicures and pedicures may not receive an extension of scheduled services and will be responsible for full service fees.
Cell Phones and Pagers
Out of consideration for the Spa at Stonecrest guests, please mute your pager and cell phone. Cell phone usage in not permitted in the Spa. Our front desk staff will assist you if needed.
Children and Teens
12 years is the minimum age required for services. Children under 11 years are not permitted in the spa. Please arrange for childcare prior to your visit.
The Spa at Stonecrest is the premiere setting for any group outing. Events can be customized for any type of gathering from an intimate group of friends to a large corporate conference. We encourage parties of five or more to schedule their appointments well in advance to ensure availability. For the optimal spa outing choose from a wide variety of delicious light and tasteful catering and beverage services. Advance notice is requested at the time of group reservation. Please note a 20% gratuity fee will be charged.
For your comfort
Increase the intake of water before and after your spa treatments. Please leave valuables at home.
Each Guest is unique, so please let us know in advance if you have any medical conditions such as allergies, heart conditions, diabetes, hyper tension, pregnancy, attempting to get pregnant, etc.
Returns and Exchanges
We will accept unopened and unused retail product(s) within thirty days after purchase with receipt. Open products may be returned with receipt upon management approval for full or partial credit which may be applied to another product purchase or spa services; except laser procedure and injectables. Gift cards/certificates are non-refundable but are transferable.
We employ only experienced, licensed, and trained staff. Details about the education and certification of each individual providing service in the spa are available by request.
If you become uncomfortable or need specific attention at any point during your time with us, please notify any one of our staff immediately. We are here to provide you with beneficial experience. No one, least of all your service provider, wants you to suffer through a service that you find unpleasant. If you need more or less pressure in a massage, you need a glass of water or you are claustrophobic during a body treatment, please speak up. We try hard to anticipate your needs, but are not offended when you point them out to us.
We accept cash, local checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, debit cards and gift card. There is a $35 charge for any returned checks. Gratuity is not automatically added and is left to your discretion. We do not bill insurance companies. However, we do accept Flex Account Card Payments
